Mike Boyer

Mike has a distinguished career spanning 35 years in facilities and environmental consulting, as well as design and construction, in the private sector. He has focused on issues in agribusiness, biofuels, food processing, rail transportation, chemicals, forest products and solid waste management.

Mike is considered a leading expert in managing wastewater, byproducts and loss control in oilseed handling, biofuels, vegetable oil refining and processing. Several of his innovations have become industry standards in this field.

In the solid waste management field Mike works in managing active and closed C&D and industrial solid waste sites, C&D recycle, management and disposal and long term management of closed landfill sites.

Bob has an undergraduate degree in management science and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While at Georgia Tech, he was captain of the golf team and named an All-American. He went on to play several international professional golf tours. He has worked in manufacturing management, the insurance service industry, and in the environmental technical services consulting field.

Bob uses his educational background and his experience as a professional golfer to focus on the golf industry services area. He also works in other management consulting assignments. In the management-consulting field, his work is in numerical analysis, statistical projections and forecasting. He also works in the area of marketing consulting support and strategy development.

Tim has a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He has more than 30 years experience in the vegetable oil processing industry; ranging from corporate and plant engineering, maintenance, and operations.

He is responsible for the mobilization and operations of the mobile wastewater treatment equipment along with the mechanical, electrical and process control design of AWT projects.

Maureen has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has more than twenty years of experience in several phases of design for wastewater treatment and industrial facilities for industries such as the food processing industry, agribusiness, and tank truck washing.

Maureen has worked on multidiscipline design drawings projects, preparing predesign reports, producing design drawings on AutoCAD, and writing specifications for contractor bidding and equipment procurement. Additionally, she has been involved in construction management and cost tracking for design-build projects. She is also responsible for obtaining permits such as building, pretreatment,and sediment and erosion control for various industries.

Prior to joining AESMS, Blake, who is a chemical engineer, served as vice president of operations processing at Everton Energy. Prior to Everton, Blake was vice president of operations processing and refining for AgProcessing, Inc., where he was responsible for the operations of AGP’s soybean processing, corn ethanol, soybean oil refining and methyl ester (Biodiesel) production at the firm’s 9 plant sites. Before AGP, Blake held a variety of senior management, sales, and engineering positions with the Alfa Laval organization, including serving as business manager for the company’s fats & oils, oil, and protein technology segment.
 

Ashley D. Mosley, P.E.

Mr. Mosley has over 12 years of experience with AWT working on various industrial pre-treatment projects and designing systems to assess potential treatment processes. In addition, he has worked on numerous railroad projects, which includes civil layouts of new facilities and a variety of other permitting issues related to storm and wastewater.
