Mike Boyer has a distinguished career spanning thirty years in management and environment consulting in the private sector. He is the former President of AES, now President of AESMS. He has focused on issues in several areas including agribusiness with emphasis on oilseeds and corn processing, rail transportation, food processing, forest products, other manufacturing and service industries.

Mike Boyer is also a single digit handicap golf player who serves on various club committees.

Bob McDonnell has an undergraduate degree in management science and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While at Georgia Tech, he was captain of the golf team and named an All-American. He went on to play several international professional golf tours. He has worked in manufacturing management, the insurance service industry, and in the environmental technical services consulting field.

Bob uses his educational background and his experience as a professional golfer to focus on the golf industry services area. He also works in other management consulting assignments. In the management-consulting field, his work is in numerical analysis, statistical projections and forecasting. He also works in the area of marketing consulting support and strategy development.

Tim handles all aspects of the mobile treatment units including design, maintenance and operations. Tim is also responsible for the process engineering design for projects for the agribusiness industry.
